We’re ODV Digital. We partner with, advise and support progressive political parties, campaigners, labour unions and activist organisations on how they can best use digital tools and strategies to make our world a better place. We have global experience with a European mindset, with a strong focus on Paid Social for campaigning.

ODV Digital has helped to win elections and referendums around the world, achieved ambitious performance targets for our clients, and helped to re-shape organisations through digital transformation. Our work with Hays County Democratic Party in Texas was awarded ‘Best Use of Digital in a campaign under $1m’ by the American Association of Political Consultants.

Meet the Team

Clare O’Donoghue Velikić

Clare is the Founder and Director of ODV Digital. A digital consultant and strategist for the progressive campaigning sector, she has advised political parties, semi-states and non-profits across Europe and the United States. She has been described by clients as “ultra-competent”, “genuine”, “passionate” and “brilliant”.

Clare previously spent nine years at Facebook, where she founded and led the Politics and Government marketing team for Europe, Middle East and Africa. She started her digital marketing career at Google, and also served two years with the OSCE Mission in Kosovo, monitoring democratisation and human rights. She holds a BA in Communications Studies from Dublin City University, and an MA in International Politics from the Department of Peace Studies at the University of Bradford. She divides her time between Dublin and Belgrade, together with her husband, two children and Lulu the cat.

Nadja Stanojević

Nadja is a performance marketing guru for paid social. A Meta Certified Media Buying Professional, Nadja began her career in DR for e-commerce, before joining ODV Digital in 2021 to focus on fundraising and lead generation for our non-profit and ethical business clients. Her success has broadened into cross-channel media management, planning and buying, always exploring new horizons with unwavering enthusiasm.

With a passion for photography, a love for Italian language and literature, and an insatiable curiosity that fuels her wanderlust, she enjoys exploring the world, often accompanied by her faithful canine friend.

Miloš Kamenov

Miloš is a Meta paid advertising enthusiast and a professional double bassist. He brings a harmonious blend of artistic flair and digital marketing prowess to our company, having joined the team in 2023. Specialising in crafting compelling ad campaigns, he applies the same creativity and precision in both his orchestral work and on the Ads manager platform. Outside the office, he also runs a beloved local bakery in Niš, Serbia, infusing culinary art with entrepreneurial spirit. He attributes his discipline and out-of-the-box thinking to the challenges posed by daily involvement with boxing and Brazilian jiu-jitsu, a perfect addition (he feels) to his holistic approach to life.

Deirdre McWeeney

Deirdre brings her skills in language and visual communication to advertising and campaigning with ODV Digital. Currently pursuing an MSc in Public Relations and Strategic Communications at Dublin City University, she recently completed a BA Joint Honours degree in Media and English.

Alongside her academic pursuits, Deirdre has a deep passion for photography, capturing moments that reflect her creative vision.

Nirlin Wilson

Nirlin is ODV Digital’s Business Operations Manager, keeping the ship afloat with IT, Admin and Finances.

Based in Varkala, Kerala, he began his career in digital as a Virtual Assistant, having previously worked as a book-keeper for a local business. He studied Mechanical Engineering and Quality Control. Passionate about organising numbers and always helping to keep Clare sane, when he’s not at his computer, Nirlin likes to ride his motorbike to the beach. With an adventurer’s soul, he learned to surf before he could swim.
